Added extra buttons:

- Implemented retry button*
- Escape on mode select sends you to title screen
- Escape on title screen closes the game
- Added "Exit Game" entry on title screen, closes the game when selected

Refactored funcs.lua

- Renamed st and sp to strTrueValues and frameTime respectively
- Modified files calling these to use the new names
- Tidying like formatTime now using a single string.format
